Property Caretaker

A Papatoetoe based employer is looking for an experienced property caretaker to join their team in a well known association/ community centre.
Do you have experience in maintenance and operational facilities? This employer is looking for someone who can maintain the operational function and property maintenance.
Your duties will include:
Opening and closing of community centre. Maintaining lawns, cleaning, mowing and arranging repairs. Interact with general public and arrange facility viewing. Coordinate with office staff through bookings calendar. Provide logistic support (Car parking, audio visual, operation, cooking and alarm system operation) during the facilities booking hours. This will include late evenings. Furniture setup and stacking before and after an event. (Heavy lifting). Respond to regular emails/ phone calls from members/ non-members. Actively assist in new membership registration.

Job Requirements
- Must be able to work late nights. - Flexibility is a must. - Must pass MOJ. - Must pass Drug test. - Must have reliable transport/ full licence. - Must have experience. - Hindi speaking highly advantageous.
- Days of work
- Availability must be between Mon- Sun. (Dependant on events) Must be available for days or nights dependant on bookings. (40 hours per week)
