Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products, and services. You will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers.

Key Responsibilities: • Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising. • Design, build, and maintain our social media presence across all platforms. • Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing. • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience. • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints. • Manage content strategy and ensure alignment with business objectives. • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field. • Proven working experience in digital marketing. • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and major social media platforms. • Experience in email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot). • Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress). • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
