Barista and Roastery Assistant

A local business based in Woodend seeks a part time (20 hrs pw) Barista for an immediate start.
We are looking for a passionate hospitality star who is keen to join the team at our Coffee House and Roastery. Our people are full of personality, work hard, and best of all love coming to work in a high energy, friendly team! Other duties include, working in the roastery and helping with logistics, distribution, and operations. The successful candidate will: • Have experience working as a barista (Preferred, though training can be given for the right candidate) • Have experience preparing food to a high standard (Scones, muffins, sandwiches etc) • Have a passion for coffee and enjoy talking to people • Be keen and willing to learn all aspect of the business • Have amazing customer service skills • Be efficient, calm, friendly and can work under pressure In return we offer an amazing company culture, competitive salary, great coffee and further training and up-skilling.
