A long established friendly neighborhood store selling fruit, flowers and vegetables are hiring a retail assistant.
Duties will include: serving customers, general cleaning of the shop, cleaning fruit and vegetables, replenishing stock, flower arrangements and making bouquets.
The regular store hours are 8:30AM to 6:30PM, and they are open 7 Days a week. The ideal applicant will also have a calm demeanour and work well under pressure in busy times.

Job Requirements
1- need a FULL driver licence for some early morning pick ups from the market. 2- must be physically fit as there is some heavy lifting of stock. 3- must have at least 1 YEAR of experience with Flower arranging AND customer service skills/retail experience. 4- that experience is to be noted on CV. 5- have good command of the English language, both verbal and written. 6- Any criminal convictions are to be disclosed and will be considered case by case. An MOJ check will be carried out. 7- be drug free to pass random drug testing. 8- be willing and able to work across the stated days and hours, including 5am starts, weekends and public holidays.

- Days of work
- Rotating rostered shifts across all 7 days. Some 5am starts for market pick ups. Some shifts may require longer hours. (30 hours per week)
