We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to join our team.

This full-time position is based in the Hamilton and will involve cleaning commercial spaces to the highest standard. As a Commercial Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining the professional appearance and cleanliness of our client's premises.

Job Description and requirements for the role - Ability to carry out cleaning tasks at commercial sites, and occasionally at residential properties, as instructed.

Empty rubbish bins, containers, and trays; sort and dispose of waste and recyclables appropriately.

Use vacuum cleaners and other cleaning equipment to maintain floors, work areas, and machinery.

Clean windows, including high-access areas, using suitable cleaning products and tools.

Remove dust and debris from ceilings, walls, overhead pipes, and fittings.

Apply appropriate cleaning agents to treat stains and maintain surfaces. Strip old wax, reapply, and polish floors to keep them clean and presentable.

Conduct regular checks and minor maintenance of equipment; document maintenance activities. Report any faults, damage, or repairs needed to management promptly. Clean and disinfect wet areas; report any issues with plumbing fixtures.

Must Have: -Reliable Transport -Ability to drive Manual and Automatic vehicle - preferred -Full Class 1 Drivers Licence to drive to various client locations using company vehicles to complete assigned duties -Must Clear MOJ and Drug Checks -Team Player and Good Physical Fitness -Some experience in Commercial Cleaning would be an advantage -Attention to Detail
