A Richmond Pizza franchise is looking for two reliable, motivated Shift Supervisors to join their team at a busy, fast-paced pizza store.

As a Shift Supervisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations during your shift — managing team members, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring a safe, positive environment for both staff and customers. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee all aspects of shift operations, ensuring service runs smoothly - Manage cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation - Deliver top-tier customer service and handle conflict resolution when required - Supervise and support front- and back-of-house team members - Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and security during operating hours - Assist with training and onboarding new staff as needed - Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company policies - Ensure on-time delivery of orders to in-store customers as well as at-home delivery service

Job Requirements

What We're Looking For: - A minimum of 6 months experience in retail or hospitality, OR a Higher Secondary School Certificate - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills - Ability to work well under pressure and lead by example - Must be available to work weekends, evenings and public holidays - A positive attitude and a passion for customer service
