Dispatch Transport Manager

We are looking for an efficient dispatch and logistics professional. In this role every day different is different and involved over many moving parts.

You role will execute: Scheduling and dispatching transport jobs Assign pickups and deliveries to our fleet, ensuring routes are optimised for efficiency and cost-effectiveness Managing daily logistics, including track truck locations, monitor job progress, and adapt to changes as they happen Communicating with drivers by providing clear instructions, respond to any on-the-road issues, and keep everyone in the loop Handling last minute changes, you’ll problem-solve on the spot, rescheduling jobs and reallocating resources as needed Maintaining accurate records, log pickups, deliveries, and job details in our system so we have solid data to improve efficiency Answering calls and customer queries, keeping customers informed about their job status Handling urgent requests in a time-sensitive manner and you’ll make sure we respond quickly and efficiently Delivering outstanding customer service

Need to Have: Relevant work experience is preferred but not essential, full training will be provided Ability to provide at least two positive references Well organized and passionate about the job Must have clean criminal history and pass pre employment checks Good communication skills and professionalism
