Experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager - Eastern Beach

A famous dining restaurant in Eastern Beach offering delicious Nepalese, Indian and Indo-Chinese cuisine are looking to recruit experienced Assistant Restaurant Managers.

In this role your duties and responsibilities will include: -Assist to select and order stock for the restaurant. -Assist to deal with suppliers to ensure best quality and price -Maintain the records of stock and use stock records to analyze trends -Ensure customer service standers and provide feedback to employees on customer related issues -Implement customer service standards , amend standards as required and ensure standards are followed -Record all complaints or work place injuries or do understand their needs -Assist Manager to keep records of sales and other financial transactions

You will be rostered 5 shifts per week across all 7 days and the restaurant is open for dinner every evening, and for lunches Friday/Saturday and Sundays.

1- have at least 2 years or previous Restaurant Supervisor / Assistant Management experience in similar dining work. 2- that experience is to be noted on your CV. 3- be able to provide contact reference details of 2 recent Employers. 4- be willing and able to work the stated hours. 5- have ZERO past criminal convictions.
