About this job
This role will cover a wide range of tasks. Welcoming guests, attending to their general needs on arrival and departure, carrying luggage to, from their transport and their booked room. Assisting with baggage storage, attending to Public area, porch and lobby cleaning. Stocking supplies for back office, front desk, dusting and polishing sanitising lobby decor, door handles elevator buttons. High level dusting for high ceiling and any glass fronts special deep clean, assisting various departments in receiving supplies and stock deliveries,delivering guest amenities to guest rooms when extra amenities requested by guest, assisting guest with instructions on use of in room technology like TV, washer dryer, dishwasher, oven, etc. Assisting with vehicle parking management in front porch, managing staff uniform cleaning, delivery, and storage Assist in parking customers car.

Job Requirements
Good level of fitness to cope with some heavy lifting. Previous experience in Public area cleaning, doorman or porter is an advantage, Friendly nature, good customer service skills.
