Storeperson - Night Shift

Our busy transport and logistics unit is looking for a Storeperson to join them on the night shift, starting ASAP.

This is a Monday-Friday opportunity, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Your duties will include: - Collecting product from various sites and bringing back to logistics centre - Checking and ensuring all relevant documentation is maintained, including ensuring manifest matches total orders - Loading aluminium and components onto trucks as required, on a first-on-last-off basis - Ensure that trucks are loaded in a safe and secure manner, and in such a s way as to not damage the outgoing products - Provide all documentation to drivers, along with plans and paperwork needed for the day's deliveries - Work with your team to get orders checked and loaded correctly, and communicate any issues with orders to Night Shift Supervisor You may also be required to complete additional duties, including ensuring the warehouse and yard is kept clean and tidy, and completing various local deliveries if and when needed.

This role does require someone with a full drivers license, great attention to detail and communication skills, and ideally with previous experience operating a Counterbalance Forklift. On the job training will be provided, and this role is also eligible for an additional night shift allowance.

Minimum Full Class 1 drivers license. (F + OSH endorsement preferred.) Must have Reliable transport - Night shift, No public transport. Must Pass Pre-Employment checks - Drug Testing, Criminal record and ACC history.
