Gardener assister
About this job
Person required to assist in daily gardening operations, including loading and unloading materials and supplies. You will support the gardener in planting trees, flowers, shrubs, and maintaining landscaping projects. Duties include: Performing routine site maintenance such as watering, weeding, mowing, and pruning. Keep garden and work areas clean, tidy, and free from waste and debris. Operate gardening tools and machinery safely and efficiently. Carry out minor maintenance of tools and equipment as required. Follow schedules to ensure tasks are completed on time and to a high standard. Communicate professionally with team members and clients when needed. Work both independently and as part of a team in a safe and productive manner. Demonstrate a respectful, positive attitude and a willingness to support your colleagues.

Job Requirements
Must hold a Full driver licence Willingness to work on weekends and early morning shifts as needed Physically fit and capable of performing outdoor and manual tasks Must hold a valid driver’s license Prior work experience is not mandatory as we provide full training. Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively as part of a team
