Caregiver

We are seeking caring and dedicated team members to join them in providing person-centred care under the guidance and supervision of qualified nursing staff and management. This role is essential in helping residents achieve their highest level of wellbeing in a respectful and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities: Treat all residents and their whanau/family with dignity, compassion, and respect Support residents in maintaining their independence in daily activities Help create and maintain a safe, caring, and welcoming environment for residents and their whanau/family Follow workplace health and safety practices to ensure the safety of yourself and others Adhere to the organisation’s policies and procedures Work collaboratively and effectively as part of a team Take ownership of your ongoing learning and development Uphold a professional attitude with integrity, responsibility, and confidentiality

The ideal candidate will have a Level 4 NZQA & NZ Certificate in Health and Wellbeing or equivalent. You will have a high standard of personal presentation with strong communications skills. You will be a team player, have a fun loving personality with a positive empathetic and caring attitude You must also be able to pass a police security check.
