Construction Worker

A reputable and growing building company is currently seeking motivated Construction Workers to join their team. This is a great opportunity to work in a hands-on role assisting tradespeople on various construction sites. No formal qualifications or prior experience are required—training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities: • Clean and prepare construction sites for building work • Assist in setting up job sites and laying out materials • Operate and care for construction tools, machinery, and equipment • Support skilled tradespeople including carpenters, plumbers, and equipment operator • Load, unload, and move construction materials and tools across the site • Perform heavy lifting and manual labour tasks • Help erect and dismantle scaffolding and temporary site structures • Follow instructions from supervisors and site managers • Use tools and machinery safely and responsibly • Maintain a clean and organised work area, including daily tool and equipment care.

What We’re Looking For: • Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking • A team player with good communication skills • Strong awareness of health and safety on site • Willingness to learn and take direction • No prior experience required, but any experience in construction or labouring is a plus • Must have reliable Transport • Must be able to pass all pre employment checks i.e. clean criminal history, must pass a drug test.
