Cleaning Supervisor

Fulltime supervising role based at Tiwai, conducting site inspections and overseeing and co-ordinating staff requiring good communication skills and reliability. Applicants must have full driver’s license, clean MOJ, ability to pass a medical (no breathing difficulties, or history of asthma) including pre-employment drug and alcohol tests. Physical fitness is a must! Duties include but are not limited to: • Conducting inspections to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards. • Oversee and coordinate the work of cleaning staff. • Address any deficiencies or issues promptly. • Train new cleaning staff on cleaning procedures and safety protocols. • Provide ongoing training and guidance to improve cleaning efficiency and quality. • Checking and order supplies as needed to ensure continuous operations. • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. • Implement and enforce safety protocols among cleaning staff. • Handle any emergencies or issues that arise during cleaning operations.

Days and hours: • Monday – Friday, 8.00am – 4.30pm • 40 hours per week.

Pay Rate: $29.60 per hour.
