We are looking for a Workplace Administrator Fixed Term, fulltime position available till June 2026

Be responsible for administration needs of Social Work kaimahi including but not limited the following.

• Assistance with financial plans, data collection and scheduling • Liaise with vendors, casual staff, and other stakeholders. • Work with various cultural groups and people from different backgrounds. • Booking rooms, answering phones, and assisting on the reception desk • Organising welcomes/whakatau for newcomers and whanau as and when required • Deal with critical scenarios in a calm, professional manner.

We offer a step based remuneration package, that offers progression annually for experience through tenure. Annual remuneration for this position starts between $57,096 and $62,773 dependant on experience.

Job Requirements

• Full clean New Zealand drivers’ licence is required. • Community connections and involvement would be ideal. • Support the team with all aspects of Health and Safety • Have a strong computer and IT knowledge. • Admin skills such as typing, reporting, responding to Site needs. • cultural awareness and an understanding of Tikanga Maori principles • a commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi • Strong time management • excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt to your audience. • Understanding and appreciation of cross-cultural practices in particular; knowledge of tikanga Maori, and Pacific peoples' culture • Must be able to pass a drug test.
