3PL Warehouse Storeperson

An International logistics provider handling the Import and Export of both Dry and Perishable Cargo by Air and Ocean, Customs Brokerage, Event Logistics and Third-Party Logistics is seeking a full time Warehouse store person to join their 3PL Team based at one of their Auckland Airport sites.
This position will predominantly be based in the 3PL Team in the Warehouse. Previous experience working in 3PL store environments, order processing, picking and packing and using Warehouse Management Systems is preferable.
General warehouse duties including the checking in of import and export cargo, loading and unloading of air and ocean freight consignments and completing relevant paperwork for a range of commodities may also be required as a part of this role.
Successful applicants will be required to undergo a Ministry of Justice criminal record check.

Job Requirements
You must have a current class 1 car drivers’ licence (Restricted or Full) and reliable means of getting to and from work. Applicants need to be flexible with work hours and days, weekend work may be required. A current forklift licence is desirable but not essential. You must be physically fit as there will be heavy lifting involved. Must have good awareness and knowledge of Health and Safety regulations. Honest, reliable, have good communication skills, be willing to accept responsibility and work hard. Must pass MOJ check, drug test and other pre-employment checks.
