As a Customer Service Representative with us, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, providing outstanding support to our customers. A strong understanding of beer and wine is ideal.
This a Part time role 20 hrs per week with potential to increase to 30 hrs per week for the right person.

Job Requirements
•The preferred candidate will possess exceptional customer service abilities and thrive in a team-oriented environment. •Physically fit, well-presented. • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy work environment •Experience in processing EFTPOS, credit card, and cash transactions is essential. •This role also involves some physical tasks, including heavy lifting, and requires availability to work one weekend day. •Prior product knowledge would be advantageous. •Reliable and flexible. • Must be able to pass a pre-employment police check
