Mount Roskill based employer is seeking a Team Member to join their store on a full-time basis.

We’re currently hiring at our Mount Roskill store! This is a permanent, full-time position offering regular daytime shifts and a minimum of 38 hours per week, including weekend work.

Key aspects of the role: • Provide exceptional customer service • Process daily transactions across retail, personal finance and buys and loans • Merchandise and maintain store presentation • Work towards individual and group sales targets • Contribute to a positive environment and foster your own professional growth • Make profitable trade decisions for repeat business. • Submit high-quality personal loan applications for fast approvals. • Assess customer history carefully to optimize pawn lending and redemptions

About you: • Minimum of one years experience in customer service, sales, or retail is ideal • Excellent communication and attention to detail • Enthusiastic, with a bit of street smarts • Collaborative, team-oriented, and strives for success • Sense of humour and a passion for helping locals • Minor convictions considered on a case by case basis, employer is conducting a MOJ check
