About this job
The Customer Service Rep is the welcoming and friendly face that greets our customers and helps them every step of way on the hiring journey. Your main responsibilities will be, (but not limited to) providing amazing customer service from start to finish, processing rental agreement, Upselling GO products and services, provide travel tips, completing general administrative duties, handle customer inquiries on the phone, online or in-person and problem solving when customers have issues on the road. You will have excellent computer skills, with outstanding attention to detail. Ability to problem solve and active listening skills.

Job Requirements
At least 1-2 years customer service experience, preferably in a similar industry. Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal. Great attitude with a positive outlook. Time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively. A Tourism Industry qualification would be advantageous. Must be able to pass MOJ check.
- Days of work
- 5 days per week, can include one weekend day. 08:00am - 5:30pm and 1x late shift 4:30pm - 10pm (40 hours per week)
