A new apple orchard is being established with work commencing on 125ha of bare land from mid January 2025. This property is situated approximately 27 km north east of Ashburton and 30 km from Rakaia. An exciting opportunity has been created for an Office Administrator.

This is a diverse role that offers the opportunity to work across several key areas: - Payroll Management - Global GAP Compliance - Finance Support - Accommodation Coordination - Ordering Provisions - General Office Duties
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or similar role - Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and payroll software systems, ie ABC, Smartly - Familiarity with compliance standards eg Global GAP - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within in a team environment - Possess a can-do attitude with a problem solving mindset
