Whakaki: Orange Picking (Permanent Full Time) Mon-Sat Start date: as soon as possible Orange Picking: • Harvest ripe oranges carefully to avoid damage to fruit and trees. • Use picking bags/buckets and ladders where necessary. • Sort and pack fruit according to quality standards

Nuhaka Kiwifruit – Pruning and picking 8 people required Start date approx. 28th April. Fixed term, 4 months work Kiwifruit Picking/Pruning: • Carefully harvest ripe kiwifruit without damaging the fruit or vines. • Use picking bags and follow size and quality standards. • Sort fruit as instructed and report any issues such as pests or disease. • Prune male and female kiwifruit vines to support healthy growth and maximize fruit production. • Follow correct pruning techniques and orchard instructions.

Frasertown Apple pruners Start date approx. 28th April. Fixed term, 3-4 months work Apple Pruning: • Carry out winter or summer pruning of apple trees. • Remove unwanted branches and shape trees for healthy future growth. • Identify diseased or damaged branches and remove them accordingly.

To be successful in these roles you must: • Have no physical limitations • Work well within a team • Punctual and reliable • Comfortable passing pre-employment checks • Minor convictions are on a case by case basis • Have your own reliable transport
