We’re looking for someone who brings:

- A solid understanding of electronics (preferred)

- Proven supervisory experience in a factory or manufacturing environment (essential)

- Familiarity with HR tools and processes for staff management

- The ability to energise and motivate a team through support and encouragement

- A results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting or exceeding objectives

- Knowledge and hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing principles

- Competence in data analysis, identifying trends, and reporting on department KPIs
