Customer Service Representative

Local employer is seeking a Customer Service Representative Superstar to join our team in Lower Hutt.

The Role :

-As a front line representative, you will be focused on ensuring that we exceed customer's service expectations , ensure the customer walks out the door with a smile. -A genuine desire to help and up-sell, and be willing to help out with anything and everything -You thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where it's all about multi-tasking to get the job done -You are positive and professional with a focus on solving problems and doing whatever it takes to make a difference to every customer every time -You relate well to all kinds of people, listen attentively, and can hone in on the most important issues

This position focuses on all aspects of :

-Front line assistance -Sales through multiple channels -Managing customer queries and escalations -Answering phone calls -Administering emails -General maintenance of the showroom -Daily administration

Ideal candidate: -Reliable and good work ethic -Be vibrant, bubbly and friendly -To show initiative and pro-activeness -Proven experience in customer service or sales driven experience -A high degree of accuracy and attention for detail
