A Lower Hutt Business is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join their team.
You will be supporting the Store Manager overseeing store operations including staff management, stock control, business development along with the day to day running of a retail operation.

- Manage and motivate your team to increase sales and ensure efficiency - Manage stock levels, ordering, stock control, and stock tracking - Strategically plan the promotion of the business at a local level so that maximum customers can be attracted - Daily cash reconciliation, petty cash, and banking - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the store - Develop, execute, and manage merchandising programs for the store - Ensure the business and staff Comply with Occupational Health & Safety guidelines
There are 2 sites available for you to work at. Both based in the Lower Hutt area.

Job Requirements
You must have a Duty Managers Certificate or at least a LCQ Certificate. If you have no certification, a minimum 2 years of retail experience is required. With Duty Manager Certificate, 1 year experience may be considered. Must be NZ Citizen or Resident.
