Store Supervisor

We are looking for a motivated and responsible individual to support our Store Manager with daily operations and ensure smooth, efficient store functioning in this local Tikipunga dairy. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Store Manager in daily store operations Assist customers with all in-store queries and provide excellent service Handle financial transactions, including cash handling and end-of-shift account balancing Monitor, track, and manage incoming and outgoing stock Maintain accurate records of business transactions Oversee inventory control and ensure optimal stock levels Merchandise stock as needed to maintain visual appeal and store standards Train and supervise junior staff members when required Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Requirements:

Previous experience in retail or store operations is preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Basic numeracy and financial handling skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to take initiative and lead when necessary

We require a commitment from the person towards their job Physically Fit to lift and move 20-25 kg boxes Have a clean criminal record Good communication skills
