Onehunga based Biomedical Equipment Services company is looking for a full time Customer Services & Cin-7 Administrator.
•Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information through various communication channels.
• Order Management: Process, track, and follow up on customer orders using the Cin7 system to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Inventory Control: Manage and maintain inventory records in the Cin7 system, ensuring data accuracy and availability of products.
• System Administration: Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Cin7 system, including troubleshooting, updates, and user support.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members on the effective use of the Cin7 system.

Job Requirements
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role with Customer Service and Logistics expertise • You will need to be familiar with Cin-7; previous exposure to this system is required. • You will need excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to develop initiatives as we establish this new role.
