We are a North Shore based engineering firm looking for an apprentice fitter and turner to join our team. You will be using CNC machinery, lathes, grinding machines and mills to manufacture, work on and repair tools and equipment. Our experienced team will provide full training. If you’re enthusiastic and want the challenge of learning a new trade, then this is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to get a start in mechanical engineering. Job Requirements
In a job like this attitude is important. We are after someone with a willingness to learn, is prepared to work hard, has common sense and who is RELIABLE. No experience is necessary but being good with numbers is a definite advantage for this role as is a good command of English. Both a MOJ check and drug test will also be needed.
