Concreter/ TPT275 Triple Tube Roller Screed Machine Worker

Construct and install steel formwork for concrete structures, including runways, taxiways, and aprons. Perform concrete pouring, levelling, and finishing to meet tasks requirements. Skills and Knowledge on concrete pavement construction working with the TPT275 Triple Tube Roller Screed Machine, including base preparation and surface finishing. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications to ensure accuracy in construction Construction and working on Airfield Ground Lighting Construction and installation of Chambers and Lids Construction of Slot Drains Conduct Remedial Works on pavements Working on Trenching and Tanks installation Operate and maintain tools and equipment related to formwork and concrete work Ensure all work complies with New Zealand building codes, safety regulations, and project quality standards Work collaboratively with C2 Crew in a high-demand airport environment When required, can operate Class 1 or Class 2 trucks.

Minimum one year experience working on Airport Construction Projects Proficiency in formwork, concrete laying and finishing, and pavement construction working with the TPT275 Triple Tube Roller Screed Machine Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints Strong knowledge of concrete mixes, curing methods, and finishing techniques Familiarity with NZ construction Safety Regulations (Site Safe, WorkSafe NZ guidelines) Must be able to work in a fast-paced, under pressure environment, and varying weather conditions Relevant trade qualifications or demonstrated experience in a similar role A valid Class 1 or Class 2 driver’s license with Wheels Tracks and Roller endorsements Must have valid Site Safe Civil and ConstructSafe is an advantage Knowledge and skills on forming and working on Airfield Ground Lighting Knowledge and skills on constructing and installation of Chambers and Lids Knowledge and skills on constructing of different types of Airfield Slot Drains Knowledge and skills on Trenching Works Must pass MOJ Check Must pass Drugs and Alcohol Test and random testing when required
