Familiar with the Cuisine ie, Chinese, fish and chips, Roast meals Confident on the grill Planning menus Coming up with new ideas Understanding how to food costing Order food ingredients and general supplies Comprehend the cost to produce plates including costs overall. Monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation, presentation and delivery Discussing food preparation with Chefs Demonstrating techniques and advising on cooking procedures Understand how to grill, bbq, saute, fry, prepare including newly introduced dishes for winter and or summer seasons Preparing and cooking food in a variety of manners Explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations May select and train staff as needs arise may freeze and preserve foods Ability to multitask Cooking qualification or trade certificates of cooking (preferred) or at least 1 years experience.
