Civil Labourer

As a Civil Labourer, you’ll be an integral part of our team, assisting with a wide range of civil construction projects. Your work will help shape the infrastructure of our communities, and you’ll gain hands-on experience while collaborating with skilled professionals in the industry.

Your responsibilities will include a variety of tasks, such as: Assisting with site preparation, including digging, grading, and laying foundations. Operating hand and power tools to support construction activities. Following instructions from site manager/foreman and working closely with your team to ensure project goals are met. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols. Performing general labour duties as needed to support the successful delivery of projects.

Working Hours:

You’ll enjoy a minimum of 30 hours per week, with the potential for regular hours extending up to 50 hours from Monday to Friday. Saturday work is available but not mandatory. Competitive remuneration packages will be based on your skills and experience.

A positive attitude and a strong work ethic. A willingness to learn and develop new skills on the job. Must be able to pass MOJ Must be able to pass Drug test Able to pass criminal background check. Good physical fitness and stamina, as this role involves manual labour, lifting, and working on your feet for extended periods. A Full Class 1 Driver’s License with W,T,R endorsements are preferred but not essential. Prior experience in civil construction is advantageous, but we’re happy to train the right candidate!
