An inner city hotel is looking for a Senior Guest Service Agent. Your duties will be as follows: Assist in the delivery of training guest service agent. Be able to respond on behalf of the Duty Manager in their temporary absence from the desk. Attention to detail and ensure audit processes are respected. Dealing with a variety of people and guests. Have clear and concise communication. Front desk duties such as check-in and out, walk ins, answering the phone and guest queries and complaints. Assist the Food and Beverage operation when and as required. Responsible for the service of alcohol in some shifts and as required by the operations. Enforce work health and safety, exceeding customer expectations, meeting targets. Offer guidance to the team whenever possible.
