Day Crew Team Member

A Napier based employer is currently looking for a Day Crew Team Member to join their team. The role will involve commercial one-off cleaning (house cleans, post construction cleans), waterblasting homes, buildings, street paths etc. industrial cleaning (machine cleaning, high level and gutter cleaning), ride on floor scrubbers & sweeping of concrete floors & carparks etc, window cleaning, carpet cleaning, bio cleaning, flood/cyclone cleaning and vinyl floor cleaning. Ideal candidates must be punctual, keen to work with a can-do-attitude. You will need to be able to work within a team but also independently when required. These are full-time positions working Monday to Friday with the occasional early starts and late finishes. Weekend work can be required depending on the customer’s needs. You will need to be flexible with your days and hours: start times are usually 7am however there may be the occasional 5am start. Also early evening and nights on occasion depending on the clients requirements. Must be available one day of the weekend – normally a half day Saturday. Cleaning experience preferred but not compulsory.

To be successful for this role you must: • have your full licence – vehicle supplied • no physical limitations • great communication skills • can do – positive attitude • convictions are case by case • must be able to pass pre-employment drug test • Working @ Heights & EWP trained • Forklift licence • must be available for 1 weekend day, normally a half day Saturday or Sunday • cleaning experience preferred
