We are looking for a capable, reliable and diligent person for the role of Bar Attendant to work in our Club / Restaurants based in Auckland New Zealand. Deliver exceptional bar service, creating memorable experiences for our guests from the first pour to the last sip. Stay informed about our cocktail menu, wine selection, and premium spirits, confidently making recommendations and mixing drinks with precision. Serve beverages with attention to detail and in accordance with our presentation standards. Maintain a clean and organised bar, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations. Work closely with the floor and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service and an elevated guest experience. Utilise suggestive selling techniques to enhance the guest experience and maximise sales. Adhere to all responsible service of alcohol regulations, health and safety policies and InterContinental brand standards. Job Requirements

To be successful you must have at least 1 year of relevant work experience or should have level 2 qualification in hospitality or higher. Should have good communication skills. As per the nature of the business, you must be able to work 7 days of week (rostered) which includes weekends, and public holidays. Zero tolerance of drugs at workplace. Clean Character Background. You should be flexible and available to take the shift during seven days of the week and late evenings. This is a full-time role with assured 30 hours and maximum up to 45 hours per week.
