Site Traffic Management Specialist (STMS)

Employer looking for candidates with STMS - CAT A/B/C. Job will be based on sites Auckland wide.

You will be proficient in: • Supervision and providing direction to traffic management crews. • Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards. • Maintaining excellent clear communication with site personnel, contractors, and authorities.

You will hold a current STMS qualification - Level 1, 2/3, Cat A/B Practicing and / or Mobile - the more experience the better. A strong knowledge of traffic management regulations and best practices. Excellent communication and supervision skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Flexibility to adapt to changing work environments and schedules.

About the role: • Your role will be to coordinate and control traffic, • Keep traffic flowing safely by watching, • Setting up barriers, signs and cones to provide safe workspaces for your colleagues • You’ll also help pedestrians and answer questions from local residents.

What you’ll bring to the role: • A safety-first attitude - for yourself, your team and the public • Current TC Qualification (Level 1 minimum) - we can provide training after 3 months • Full New Zealand Driver’s License Class 1 • Reliable, punctual, and motivated • A good communicator • High level of physical fitness • A team player • Problem solving ability
