Warehouse Administrator
About this job
Importer needs a person to, Check incoming deliveries, verifying stock levels, rotating stock to maintain freshness, managing stock discrepancies, and coordinating stock takes.. Outward stock, processing customer orders accurately, picking products from the warehouse, coordinating loading and delivery schedules, and ensuring timely dispatch. Plus leading and motivating warehouse staff, assigning tasks, providing training, monitoring performance, and addressing operational issues. Quality Control by inspecting incoming goods for quality and damage, ensuring proper storage conditions, and identifying potential quality issues. Customer Service: includes responding to inquiries, resolving order issues, maintaining positive relationships with clients. Reporting and Analysis: Generating reports on inventory levels, sales trends, and operational metrics to inform decision-making.
