Assistant Manager

• Assist in supervising daily operations to meet financial goals and optimize resource use. • Support the team by ensuring exceptional customer service that is timely, friendly, and knowledgeable. • Address and resolve customer complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction. • Assist in implementing promotional strategies to drive sales and ensure clear communication of deals and offers to customers. • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and clean environment for both staff and customers. • Aid in inventory management, including ordering and restocking items, negotiating with suppliers, and sourcing new suppliers when needed. • Maintain store presentation, ensuring cleanliness, staff appearance, and service quality meet expectations. • Ensure food preparation adheres to quality standards and consistency. • Support the management of customer orders and actively promote menu items and current offers.
