Class 2 Driver

Kaitaia based employer looking for an experienced Class 2 driver.

Responsibilities include but not limited to

Loading, transporting and delivering items in a safe and timely manner. Making regular quality checks of vehicles to ensure they can be driven safely. Complete all paperwork and file them including log books and proof of delivery and handed to the company. Sorting and sequencing items for delivery Delivering mail, parcels, documents and other items to customers' premises and mailboxes. Receiving orders for deliveries from customers Collecting signatures and charges for cash-on-delivery orders Issuing and collecting receipts for pick-up and delivery items. Ensure accurate deliveries are made without damage and within the delivery timeframe, have technical ability as needs to unassembled parcels. Ensure that the vehicle has current COF and other compliance. Must have experience in Class 2. Have no criminal conviction and are willing to do a drug test if required. The applicant needs to be medically fit for the job to lift weights up to 25 KG to load/unload the parcels.
