Collaborate with Orchard Administrators and Management Teams to maintain efficient administrative processes. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Coordinate with the Finance team to manage budgets, invoices, and financial records. Work with the People and Culture team to support P&C activities and initiatives. Liaise with the Health & Safety team to promote and enforce safety standards and protocols. Assist and champion the implementation of business change initiatives.

Job Requirements

2+ years of experience in an Administration role Experience in accounting and/or payroll functions would be an advantage Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with your peers Ability to prioritize work to ensure all deadlines are met A high-level of accuracy and attention to detail
