Commercial Cleaner

A Mt Wellington Cleaning company is looking for Commercial cleaners

in this role you will Oversee the management and operations of employees and subcontractors. Lead scheduling of work, including employee work rosters and client jobs. Train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel and performance manage employees to ensure quality is up to standard and jobs are completed in a timely manner to maximum profitability. Ensure quality of services and that policies/procedures are adhered to by staff. Lead daily operations and resolve any issues with employees and clients. Lead scheduling of work, including employee work rosters and client jobs. Tailor and sell services to clients, handle complaints and perform general stakeholder management. Respond to questions, resolve problems and provide assistance to team members completing assigned work. Ensure all health and safety policies are up to date, employees are adequately trained, and registers are maintained. Plan each day’s schedule, ensuring location accuracy and travel time is minimised.

The successful applicant must have 3 years’ experience working in a commercial cleaning environment. Preference will be given to candidates who have supervisory or management experience, however it is imperative that the successful candidate understands commercial cleaning operations. Clean driver licence required as you will be driving company vehicles.
