• Assist with rostering the department • Perform quality inspections of all departure rooms and spot check occupied rooms • Ensure key procedures are followed • Motivate team members • Coach team members on job performance • Communicate suggestions and complaints to the manager • Ensure a working environment free of harassment and discrimination • Assist with processing payroll for all team members • Coordinate new starter orientation and training • Direct and supervise room attendants, housemen, public area cleaners and mini-bar, giving physical assistance when necessary • Ensure team members meet productivity requirements for the property • Action guest requests promptly
