Key Responsibilities: Process customer orders efficiently an accurately. Perform stock checks to ensure customers needs are met. Manage stock levels to minimize wastage and ensure availability. Resolve customer queries in a timely and effective manner. Follow up on orders to ensure customers receive the right product, the first time, every time.

Job Requirements

A customer-centric approach, ensuring that the needs and satisfaction of our customers are always top priority. At least 4 years experience in a customer service role, you'll bring your energy, drive, and professionalism to represent our business and deliver exceptional service. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate with a diverse range of people. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring high-quality work and error-free outcomes. Flawless time management and data entry skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines efficiently. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with an ERP system such as JDE, SAP, or an equivalent. A positive attitude and willingness to learn, embracing new challenges and growing within the role. A team player with strong accountability, dedicated to getting the job done right the first time.
