Groups and Marketing Coordinator

Auckland's favourite family attraction, is looking for a motivated Groups and Marketing Coordinator to join the team. Role Overview: As a Groups and Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for promoting and managing group bookings, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience from inquiry to visit. This includes coordinating bookings for schools, early childhood education (ECE) groups, holiday programs, senior groups, and social groups. In addition, you will assist with promotional activities, including email marketing, social media management, and content creation, helping to create an engaging and memorable experience for our customers. Responsibilities will include: Manage the end-to-end group bookings process, from inquiries to payments. Act as a liaison for education groups, holiday program providers, and event operators. Support the marketing team in delivering school holiday activities and promotional events Facilitate special programs like Junior Keeper, Make-a-wish Assist with content creation for social media channels and website Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.

2+ years of experience in marketing or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Experience in social media marketing and content creation. Proficient in email marketing and website content management (WordPress). Knowledge of design software (Adobe, Canva) is desirable.
