A Pukekohe based retailer is looking for an admin superstar to join their team.
They are seeking a Support Services Leader to take charge of their bustling Pukekohe store office. As the vital point of contact for managers, team members, and customers, your role will be integral to the smooth operation of our store.
What an average day in the office looks like:
Identifying training needs and providing coaching and training to team members Providing feedback on performance to store management Preparing employee contracts Investigating till discrepancies Ensuring all office functions are completed accurately and in a timely manner
What we are looking for in our ideal candidate:
A minimum of 3 years office administration experience is essential Payroll experience is required, with exposure to DataTime an advantage Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must.
