Residential cleaner

An Auckland City based employer is looking for dedicated and reliable individuals to join their team as Residential Cleaning Team Members. If you are hard-working, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in residential properties. You should be able to follow instructions and work efficiently as part of a team. Providing exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional manner is key. You must also stay active and physically fit to perform cleaning tasks efficiently, while motivating and managing a small team to ensure high performance and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work. Excellent communication skills and a positive, client-focused attitude are essential. You must also be able to work independently and follow instructions with ease. Good physical fitness and energy are important, as the role requires active cleaning tasks. Proven leadership skills are also needed. Very high standards of personal grooming and hygiene are essential, as is honesty, reliability, and trustworthiness.

While previous experience in residential cleaning is preferred, it is not required.
