Exterior Cleaning Technician

1. Exterior Cleaning & Water Blasting - Perform high-pressure water blasting and soft washing for houses, roofs, gutters, and driveways. 2. Roof & Surface Treatments -Conduct roof treatments using specialized solutions to prevent mould and lichen growth. 3. Vehicle Operation & Transportation -Drive Class 1 vehicles to transport equipment and materials to job sites. 4. Fuelling & Equipment Readiness - Monitor oil and water levels in vehicles and machinery before and after each shift. 5. Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting - Perform regular maintenance on water blasting machines, hoses, and tools. 6. Health & Safety Compliance - Adhere to workplace safety regulations and best practices. 7. Height & Fall Protection Standards - Implement safety measures when working at heights, especially on roofs. 8. Customer Service & Communication - Maintain professional communication with clients, addressing concerns and service inquiries. 9. Documentation & Reporting

• Valid driver's license with the ability to operate a manual company van. • Flexibility to work on weekends as needed. • Available to work on rostered shifts. • Comfortable using cold water for pressure washing and exterior cleaning during winter. • Ability to work efficiently in cold and wet conditions while maintaining safety and performance. • Physically fit to handle various cleaning tasks. • Strong attention to detail. • Capable of working both independently and as part of a team. • Strong work ethic with a dedicated and proactive attitude.
