A local Employer is looking to fill a position as a RSE Recruitment & Mobility Administrator. You would be responsible for preparing and coordinating RSE employment documentation including visa applications & processing. You will manage RSE data to ensure accuracy in reporting and compliance in processes. Coordination of travel logistics including flights, accommodation, and on-the-ground support would be required along with administering social media pages, keeping communication sharp and engagement strong with our overseas workforce. You will build strong recruitment relationships with the RSE team, respecting cultural considerations and ensuring communication and processes are effective for a multi-national workforce. Collaborating with teams across the business including Operations, Accommodation, Finance and People & Culture to keep everything running smoothly. Supporting engagement with external stakeholders including government agencies, visa processors, insurance providers, travel agents, overseas recruitment agencies, and more. This may involve travel from time to time.

Job Requirements

- 3+ years administration experience is essential. - Confident working with a multicultural workforce. - Adaptable and open to working outside traditional 9-to-5 hours to comply with international timelines or travel interruptions. - Proven eye for detail, compliance, and record-keeping with strong IT skills - Advanced MS Word, Excel, and database experience. - Able to demonstrate problem-solving and working autonomously, juggling multiple priorities without breaking a sweat. Knowledge of the RSE scheme is a bonus but not essential. Candidates with criminal convictions will be considered on a case by case basis.

Days of work
Generally Monday – Friday between 6am and 6pm however occasional weekend and evening work will be required. (40 hours per week)
