Employer is looking for an Assistant Manager to join their team. Duties include: Customer Service Excellence: Ensure customers receive prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable service at all times. Staff Management: Supervise, train, and motivate retail staff; manage work schedules and delegate duties effectively. Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, order new merchandise, and ensure accurate stocktaking procedures are followed. Visual Merchandising: Maintain attractive product displays and ensure pricing is accurate and up-to-date. Sales Reporting: Analyze sales trends, prepare reports, and implement strategies to achieve sales targets. Operational Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. Job Requirements
Qualifications and Skills: Job 1 - Job pre-requisites Experience: At least one year of relevant retail supervisory experience. Education: NZQF Level 2 or 3 qualification, or equivalent; relevant experience may substitute formal qualifications. Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Customer Focus: A genuine commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Must pass Drug and MOJ check
