Community Support Worker - Hastings or Flaxmere

Guaranteed 10-15 hours to start, potential for more hours with relief work. If you are compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to ensuring the well-being of residents, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities: Our aim is to support people to live as independently as possible, for as long as possible and to maintain their independence regardless of age, injury, illness or disability. Safely, efficiently, and effectively deliver care by prioritizing and attending to residents' needs, including showering, dressing, grooming, mobility support, eating/feeding, medicating, and toileting. Adhere to duty schedules and the Nursing Procedure Manual, seeking assistance in difficult care delivery situations when necessary. Provide input and actively participate in the planning and delivery of care for residents, considering individual needs and preferences.
