Please note this is a floater position where candidate would need to be available as required to do pick ups and drip offs throughout Auckland, whangarei and the lower North Island. Supervise Loading & Unloading: Ensure goods are properly loaded and secured for transport. Safe & Timely Deliveries: Transport goods efficiently and deliver them to customers on time. Compliance with Safety Regulations: Follow all workplace and road safety guidelines. Documentation & Record-Keeping: Maintain logbooks, scan delivery dockets, and complete required paperwork. Route Planning: Plan and optimize routes to meet delivery deadlines. Vehicle Maintenance: Keep the vehicle clean, perform routine inspections, and report any damages or maintenance needs. Chiller Truck Operation: Must have experience in operating chiller body trucks, including handling and maintaining freezer units. Heavy Lifting Required: This role involves manual handling of goods. - Must be able to pass police check and drugs test Automatic transmission. - Must be able to lift 25kgs of carton (Pallet jack provided for bulk deliveries) Must be able to drive a manual class 2
