Sales and Technical Customer Support

Looking for someone to take charge of our aftersales and technical help and support for the gate automation products, as well as assist the main sales team. The ideal individual would have experience installing and repairing low voltage control boards and 12/24v motors - gate or garage door automation or similar / or has worked in the security alarm industry / or has an interest and affinity with electronic products. An interest in gadgets or toys with electronic parts may be transferable. It is then passing on explanations in simple terms to customers over the phone or email. There is a second element to the role of sales support: helping deal with incoming sales enquiries. Your key responsibilities for this role will include but are not limited to the following: • Look after technical questions/repairs in relation to a range of low voltage motors and control boards used by our customers. • Sales support. • Assist with the dispatch of customer orders. • Develop product knowledge and recommend the best solutions for customers. • Assist other team members as needed.

Must have Knowledge in low voltage products as described above • Relevant sales experience in a trade environment • Good with numbers and measurements • Willing to learn and improve • Self-motivated with the desire to achieve • Outgoing • Effective time management • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Passionate about customer care
